Cell Phone Advice for totaly blind needed for use in OntarioCanada

Hello,

I am in Peterborough, Ontario Canada.I don't care what provider I am
with. Currently with Bell but on pay as you go.I am wondering about the
Sendero GPS coming out with cell. The wayfinder I don't think is
practical where I live because of the monthly expenses that would be
necessary to support GPS.

I am afraid I am not very technical.

Any suggestions appreciated.
