The Latest Talks version is 3.52.6 and can be gotten from the Nuance web site, the blind sea web 
site and many other web sites.

What you need to do is to remove the battery and put it back in the phone. That away the phone is 
OFF.
Then press and hold Star, 3, call and at the same time you are holding down those three keys; Press 
and hold power. Continue holding down all the keys for about 20 seconds. If this works, you will get 
the Nokia startup tone and the phone will be formatted. You may need to do this 3 or 4 times before 
it will work.
