n95!!! trouble!!! real real trouble!!!!!!

Hey guys, i sought to install talks3rd 3.20.1 on an n95 today.but  when the install was done, the phone restarted withough prompt or instruction. it never came back up,except for the nokia logo. then it will light up then go blank, then cycles over and over.

question. how can i resolve that situation which could result in me having to replace my friends phone?

might it be a case of me just having to format the unit? if so, how? what keys do i hold down together with the power key to achieve this?

help! help please!
