Hi, David!  Yes, I got your messages and I want to thank you so very much! 
I'm going to know all about the phone before I get it!  I'd like to exchange 
phone numbers so that we can talk either before and/or, after, especially 
after, I get the phone, as I'm sure once I'm hands on your further help will 
be invaluable!  My cell phone is 570-510-6402 and we're AT&T around our 
house!  Are you AT&T?  It doesn't really matter, but if you are then we can 
talk mobile to mobile anytime!  I'm getting a bit impatient but keeping my 
cool as AT&T is backlogged and as of today they haven't yet processed my 
order which I placed this past Monday.  I've been told by the NCCD that they 
are backlogged, which was today.  So, at least I'll know the phone inside 
and out before I get it at least the best I can without having it in hand! 
Just for the record, what do the soft keys do?  Thanks!  Marcy
