That's an interesting one. I've actually read documentation on the net that
states some of the nokia higher end devices will work on both gsm/ wCDMA and
CDMA networks.
Still no one seems to let those devices on.

Your question is, unfortunately, susceptible to a one-word answer
and that word is no. Verizon is a CDMA provider. To the best of my
knowledge, though I would be overjoyed to be corrected on this, there is no
Nokia phone that is both Symbian 60 and will work on Verizon. Further, there
is no Nokia phone which runs any flavour of Windows Mobile.
