Hi, The Pantec Duo is a slider phone. The front panel has a circle
in the center with a select button in the middle. This circle serves
as your navigation arrows. There are three buttons on each side of
the navigation arrows. You have your left and right soft keys,
middle left serves as the home key for mobile speak and the right
middle button is back. The bottom left is talk and right is for end.
If you slide the screen up you will find the num key pad. When you
slide that closed you can slide the screen panel to the right and
find your qwerty keypad. There are two buttons on the right side
near the top of the screen, one of which is used for the voice
command function. I haven't figured out what the other button does
yet. Your master volume is controlled by the two buttons on the left
side at the top of the screen. Your micro memory card goes in the
slot at the top. The bottom slot is where your charger, usb cable
and headphone adapter cable are connected.
I hope this information is helpful. If you have any more questions I
would be glad to help you. I also have the pantec users manual in
text format that I would be happy to send it to you off list. When I
got my phone I couldn't put it down I was enjoying it so much.
