Walking Hotspot

i'm more familiar with hotspot. Can i take it to be synonymous with hotspot?

we dont have hotspot in our small town some 50 kilometres away from
our state capital where hotels, telecommunication tower, shopping
malls and airport located.

i'm learning so much from you. That symbol :) will sure cheer me up.
