Hello!
You need to install the drivers for the keyboard also.
I only have the swedish driver so i can't help you find it.

Hello Mary Ellen,
Perhaps you need to turn the keyboard on before you turn the phone on? I
know when I want to connect my phone with my braille display, the braille
display needs to be on before the phone comes on in order for the phone to
find the display. Try that....
