What screen reader are you using? From what I remember is it MobileSpeak? Or is it Talks? The reason 
why is with MobileSpeak you have to disable it before you can install a update. With Talks you can 
install updates with it running so you have speech for the prompts.

This is not saying you can not install MobileSpeak without any screen reader feedback; Just makes it 
a little harder when using bluetooth if you can't see.
