First of all, we will start with the N75 and the firmware on it. Type the following in at the screen
ware you would normally type in a telephone number.
*#0000# That is Star Pound 0 0 0 0 Pound

At this point the phone will tell you the firmware version. If it says something like V10.2.055 then
it is unbranded. If it says something like V10.0.*, or V10.1.* and or V20.1.* then it is branded to
AT&T/Cingular.

Now we get into the licensing of MobileSpeak. Each voice has it's own 30 day trial code. The
MobileSpeak software is the same for all voices only the voice is different. So you only need to
install the different voices from the code factory site.

Note the Select is the button in the middle of the arrows.

1. After you get the voices installed and want a 30 day trial code, you need to do a Edit Followed
by SoftKey2 (Top Right button) Button2.

2. Now press Options SoftKey1 (button1) Top Left key.

3. Arrow down to Register Now SubMenu and press Right arrow.

4. Arrow to the product that you want to get a 30 day trial code for. (MobileSpeak) and press
select.

5. Now arrow to the voice that you want a 30 day trial code for and press select.

At this point, you will be given a product code that is in the format of 3 numbers with a dash
followed by another 9 or so numbers. You need to EMail this number to:
support at codefactory.es
Each TTS will have it's own product code. So you will need to send one for each TTS you want to try
out.

Also keep in mind, you can also download and try Talks made by Nuance for 30 days as well. Talks is
another screen reader for Symbian based phones. You can download it from the Nuance web site
www.nuance.com/talks
Or most dealer web sites that you can get a lit from on the Nuance site. You can also download it
from the Blind Sea web site under the Mobile Corner and then 3rd Edition 3rd Party software.
www.blindsea.com
Talks uses Eloquence as one of it's TTS.

This away you can make a informed purchase based on how you use the screen reader and if it does
what you want.
