Tom,

Is this an unlocked 6620 or branded?

Kevin

Subject: Unable To Insert. Object Format Not Supported

Hi,
I have made a bunch of ringtones for my 6682 and a friend asked me to send
one via mms message. Trying to send the mp3 file generated the following
message, Unable To Insert. Object Format Not Supported. I am selecting mms,
and mp3 files certainly are multimedia in nature but nothing seems to work.
The phone is enabled to send these files and has been all confirmed able by
t mobile tech support. The t mobile system wont allow mp3 files larger
than 300 kbs to be sent, but the files smaller will not go either. Does
anyone know what is wrong here or what I should do or try differently.
Thanks in advance,
Tom 6682
