Windows smart phones versus pocket pc phones

All,

For the last several years I have been using a Nokia 6620 with Talks. I am
now ready to move on and upgrade. I am particularly interested in choosing
a device that gives me all the functionality of a cell phone and also allows
me to use it as a notetaker to take notes in minutes, upload an agenda and
read it in a meeting, etc. I am planning to do this with the use of a
bluetooth braille display.

With this in mind, can someone give me the pros and cons of each - windows
mobile smart phones and pocket-pc phones? In either case, I am planning to
use the product from Code Factory.

Thanks in advance for all your input.
