Nope! That is not the case; The 3.51.1 version of Talks will not run on a N70 handset. Talks 3.51.1 
is only for 3rd Edition phones. Their is no way that you could have installed that version on your 
N70. If you did manage to copy a System folder from some one else's memory card; That would explain 
it being 3rd Edition phones do not store most of their information in the System directory.

I would suggest that you
1. Format your memory card. and
2. Install the current release of Talks for 2nd Edition phones. 3.20.2.
