Talks, and Visual Radio

Hi,

Talks will not speak while the visual radio is active. If you want to set up 
the tuning, start the radio, unplug your headphones so the radio stops, you 
will then have talks back so you can use it to manual tune or to setup the 
presets, then plug the headphones back in to start the radio.
