Oh come on Stephen, you always have to point out the foibles of waiting
until the price is right. (LOL)
Same is true with the computer game. By the time (usually about 5 months or
so) the ultimate motherboard/processor combo is down to where one can afford
it it is absolutely outmoded. (LOL)
One of my idiot sons is a computer guru/nerd/moron (you choose which one)
and about a year ago he had the world's second or third fastest micro.
Within about 3 weeks his monster had slipped down to 5th place so he had to
upgrade. He got back up to number two and then his liquid cooling system
sprang a leak and he was down to dead last. (ROFL)
How long will it be before we have to have liquid cooling on some of these
phones/PDAs in order to keep the processor cool enough not to catch your
clothing on fire?

Cy
Well if you are going to wait until AT&T starts carrying the Nokia N82; Then
you will be waiting until the sun explodes. The N82 is to much phone for
AT&T and even then after they got done with it; You wouldn't want it. Look
what they did to the N75 as far as what they crippled and stripped out!
Sure the unbranded N75 is much better but AT&T doesn't carried it that away.
Your bet would be to wait until the N82 comes down to a price point that you
are happy with and then buy it outright. That is providing your price point
is a good price point for the functionality of the phone that you would be
buying. Probably within a year; It will be down to about the $300 to $350
price point. I have found it for under $500 already!
Then their is the factor when it does get down to a price point that you
would buy it at, along comes another phone with better specs to set you
waiting again! <chuckle>
