Dear Joe:

I think that if the fiscal advisory board gains a clear understanding of
screen readers for mobile devices and actually hears one in action, it might
be more apt to give it a second thought especially if it opens for you a
number niceties by way of functionality.

My understanding is that you can get good pricing on the Nokia N75 from
AT&T; and with the Mobile Speak for Symbian selling for $89, this is the
cheapest price on that product I can think of. Hopefully an AT&T/Cingular
store near you might be able to DEMONSTRATE MobileSpeak on one of these
phones, although I doubt if the local store staff know much about this
screen reader and how to use it.

If I were closer, I'd have planned on coming in and MAKING A PREENTATION to
the fiscal advisory board and see if I can influence its thoughts, <smile>!!

Sincerely,
Olusegun
