Built-in TTS vs MobileSpeak/Talks

Hi Joe,
If there was any way you could do AT&T you could get a Nokia N75 for a very
reasonable price and then AT&T will only charge you $89 for Mobile Speak. It
is a real bargain in my opinion. I am holding out until AT&T starts using
the N82 or so before I upgrade from my 6682.
Cy, the Ancient (and cheap) Ancient Okie...

hi joe,

I agree with you on price. but I can offer you this advice.
I use a Device on a CDMA network. the same as sprint or verizon.
and even with mobile speak pocket the device is a pain in the thing you
sit on.
yeah it's fully accessible but it's a clunker when being used as youve
got to open it, unlock it find the place you need to go in the system be it
phone or sms etc although phone isn't to bad. as you just press the start
button.
but using the likes of a symbian based device they tend to be all there
ready to work with the touch of one finger or thumb. I find my htc 6800 I
think it's called over there a pain to use and I'm currently looking to
change to a more friendly device. for the reason of simple operating
procedure.
but as for cost, mobile speak pocket is worth all most as much as my device
was so yeah it is an issue.
symbian phones and software are so much cheaper. and just as good if not in
some ways better.
