PC Suite and N75

Hi all,
I plan to get Talks next month, but with my replacement phone I just got, I 
am having problems using PC Suite.  Could this be a problem with installing 
Talks?  This only started up after I got an update for the Nokia software. 
Should I remove all software from my computer and go back to the original on 
the disc or does anyone have any ideas?
The problems I'm having are getting JAWS to focus on windows and such so I 
can add contacts or even look at my contact list if I want to check 
something.  Whenever I try to access PC Suite when it's running from my 
system tray, I get a don't send message.  I'm using JAWS 8 with this.
