A question regarding Mobile Speak and accessible cell phones

Hi,  I have a question about Mobile Speak.   and the accessible cell phones. 
Can the Mobile Speak software be used with the Nokia phones that have been 
discussed on this list?  For example:  the n73, or the n75, etc.  I'd be 
interested in any other phones that would be accessible with this software 
device .  I'd also like to know if you have to buy the Mobile Speak 
magnifier or is that for people that have some partial vision.    Thanks.
