Nokia N75

The N 75 has Voice Aid.  This speaks numbers, time, and other menu items. 
But is not a very good replacement for a speech program like Talks or Mobile 
Speak.

Someone I was talking to said that the n75 or n73 had voice output for some
functions.  does it voice on its own like the LG and Motorola phones do?
Is this true and if so, what functionality is voiced without needing to
install a cell phone screen reader?
