Talk License?

Hi, yes you do, however you don't have to pay the full price again;
you can buy a licence that transfers your existing licence to your
new phone. This does not mean you can't use the old phone; it means
that you get the same Talks licence you had on your old phone onto
your new phone at a fraction of the cost, something like two thirds
off the full licence. Hope that helps.
