Reassigning keys with the N75

Speaking of reassigning keys, my phone comes with a "my own" key, however it
has been reassigned to the eamil function of my phone, and I cannot change
it. This change, as far as I know, has been made by my service provider, so
would the only way to change this to be go in to my local provider store? Or
is there a way around this.
