Question regarding contactas and m9obile mspeak manule

Hi all,  I am get a new  new cell phone with monbile speak.  I first would
like to knw if I will be able to transfer my contacts from my screenless
phone to my new nokeia 6680 with mobile speak.   If so How do I do this?
Second Whare can I find an manule for mobile speak.  I did not see one on
the blindsea.com website.  I would not find it using goggle very well.  This
would be useful.  Thannks.
