Talks License?

from a perspective of someone who has used both I think talks is better but
only because these days I love having the ability to surft the web. I was
also bitterly disappointed when mobile speak stopped having eloquence as a
speach synth. it would be like saying which is better jaws or window eyes,
depends what you expect from the screen reader and what you want it to do.
