Talk License?

I'm confused   by your answer Jonathan.  The question was " Is it true that 
Talks is not as efficient for browsing the web as Mobile Speak is?"
You say" No it isn't since   on simbions Mobile Speak  doesn't support any 
browsing on third edition phones at all.
So Putting it another way,
Mobile Speak is inferior  and Talks must be better?

No it isn't, since on Symbian, Mobile Speak doesn't support any browsing on
third edition phones at all. Talks I think has done an outstanding job with
their web support, with features like the ability to move by heading, jump
to non-linked text etc.
