Strange action on Nokia 6682

>Hi All,


I have a client that's having a bit of trouble with his 6682.  He 
called AT&T about signal problems in his home.  He is in a dead area 
of town and he wanted to see if there was something that could be 
done.  The tech made him roll back to the original phone settings.

We got him back to the settings he likes but now his phone doesn't 
keep a log of his calls.  Is there a setting I'm missing.  I can't 
seem to find anything to change on his phone that would help 
him.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
