Ringtones and Talks on the N82

Dear All,
I have noticed that ringtones do not play when scrolling through them on 
the N82 unless Talks is first muted.  Is there any setting to change 
this, or is this simply the way it is.  On my prior handset, Talks would 
first speak the name of the ringtone, often in abbreviated format, and 
then the tone would play.  I don't have the same problem with music, so 
I'm assuming that the N82 supports multiple channels of audio output.
