Also by filtering your messages into their own folders will give you the ability to save the
messages just by leaving them their so you can look back at them for answers and information that
had been already provided. Being the list information will be only coming from the owners; Their
probably will not be repeats and the subject line will tell what the message is about. Their for
making it easy to find information and more then likely answering the question or doing research.
But the issue hear is you have to go and review the messages.
