David,
Best practice is suggested but no examples are provided, suggesting the
proposal is more your fancy rather than an established process. The new
list could be filtered so messages go directly into a folder with messages
from blind phones, making accessing the two different lists seamless and
virtually invisible. Additionally, a screen reader can be configured so
the subject line tag is not spoken.
