Verizon's voice command and on-line services

Hi all,

I asked last week about Verizon's voice command service, and thanks to those 
who responded. Now, I have a related inquiry. Have any of you who using the 
Verizon network accessed their on-line features, namely the back up 
assistant, I believe that's the name, where you can add contacts to your 
phone using the computer? Is this tool accessible with screen 
magnification/screen readers? Also, what is the most recently available lg 
phone with built-in self-voicing features? If the most recent isn't the best 
and most accessible, which one do you all recommend?
