Talks vs. Talks premium?

Dear All,
If anyone has used both the standard and Premium editions of Talks and 
can give me a more solid idea of the real differences in capabilities 
between them, I would greatly appreciate it.  The Nuance website 
mentions a few features in the Premium but not in the Standard edition, 
but on the whole their description is vague and doesn't seem to justify 
upgrading to premium.  Thanks.
