There you will need to enter your email address, and the password that
is sent to you at the beginning of each month.  If you do not have the
password handy, you can enter your email address and have the server
send you a password reminder.  Once logged in, you can control all of
your subscription settings, digest, if you receive copies of your own
postings, nomail if you are going on holiday, or to change your
password.  I suggest that people keep a folder dedicated to the
welcome messages of lists to which they are subscribed.  That way you
always can quickly locate information about the list.
