Verizon's Voice Command Service

Hi all,

I'm trying to do a bit of research for a client. She is a Verizon cellular 
customer here in the United States, and she is using some features of the 
voice command service, sorry if I don't have quite the right name for it. 
However, I suspect she is not using all the tools available to her. My 
questions are:
1. Is she able to add a contact via voice commands? If so, would she be able 
to do this primarily with voice, and with only a small bit of keypad input?
2. Her primary usage for her current phone is adding and calling contacts. 
If the voice command feature offered by Verizon won't be sufficient for her, 
which other cellular services offer a feature-rich voice control system?
