Off-the-Shelf phones with most access: Verizon

I think you can hear text messages with that phone, but you can't send or
compose them.

I think the website may call the 9900 the NV, different name for the same

The 8350 has an MP 3 player while the 5400 does not but they both 
have the same advanced voice recognition system.

The 9900 also has the sam AVR system with text message readout and 
letter output when you are typing an outgoing message.

After these three phones you get into expensive PDA. smart phones and 
pocket PC which require mobile speak software.
