n75 and Nokia updater

Hi Do any of you have a direct link to download the nokia updater. Or can anyone tell me if you have had luck updating your phone? 
I've downloaded the program three times. once on one computer and twice on another. 
After I install the program and try to run it, I get the message. Missing Software Components. Critical software components are missing. Please reinstall. OK. Has anyone else gotten this? And more importantly, what's the work around. Thanks.
