I was under the impression that you were using Bluetooth and that is what confused me.

Anyway; If you are using a wired Stereo headset from Nokia. You should get the Radio on both 
channels.

Things you can try to see if the problem happens in all places.
1. Try a different FM radio station.
2. Try playing a Stereo MP3 file.

If the problem happens in all cases, Then I would. Try a different Stereo headset.

If the problem still happens, then you may need to send your phone back for repair or replacement.

Using a wired headset; You should get audio on both channels of the FM Radio and same goes for MP3 
files.
