Nokia N82 and Mobile Speak

Hi everyone.  Tomorrow for work I'm attending a conference, and I'm supposed to be demoing the KNFB Reader Mobile, and Mobile Speak.  I've got an audio tutorial for the KNFB, so that's not a problem, but I'm completely lost when it comes to Mobile Speak.  I was hoping that someone could possibly give me a few pointers to get me started.  I wasn't given a lot of time to work with this, and I don't want to look like I don't know what I'm doing.  So, any basics to get me started would be great.  For example, how do I check phone battery status?  How do I make settings changes?  What keys do what?  Thanks in advance for any tips and tricks anyone can offer to me.
