Yes, I do realize that a CTRL+SHIFT+R is a Reply to All, which is why  I
said that you can use INSERT+SHIFT+R to Reply directly to the sender.

Also doing a Shift+Control+r is a reply to all and not to the user. You can
just shift tab upto the from line and copy it and then past it in a new
email.
