marcy,
I think that having people place their email address below their signature
would be a good idea. For JAWS users and I am sure there is something
similar for Window Eyes and even email clients of Replying Directly to the
Sender. It is SHIFT+INSERT+R on JAWS.

Kevin, I don't mean to keep replying to the whole list but sometimes I don't
have the individual's e-mail personal address, like I don't have yours. I
certainly don't want to clog up the list, and I apologize for any
inconvenience to you or anyone else on the list. Perhaps each of us could
include our e-mail addresses at the end of our e-mails so we could be
