It seems to me no technical support is needed.  You can learn all you need 
to learn from the site.  Also, there are chats and forums which you can 
access.  If they provided any tech support the product might cost more.  I 
personally love the price and want to keep it that way.  In fact I will 
purchase a three year license so I won't have to worry about the product for 
at least that long.  I would like to know how they get the numbers they 
assign us.  I understood traditional telephone providers sold them to each 
other?  In fact, I am amazed Magic Jack can be as inexpensive as it is.
