MaryAnn,  

It looks  what you are wanting to accomplish with the phone with voice
feedback isn't asking for too much and could probably be accomplished with
an off-the-shelf phone with limited speech. I think that something worth
trying is visiting your local AT&T   store and let them know that you are
wanting a phone that has voice output and will voice the Call Log, Caller ID
and will allow for you to manage your contacts all with speech output.

well i would like to be able to go into my contacts and here who is calling
and miss calls and have my phone say the numbers and be able to add or
remove numbers. not in to texting or internet on a phone
