MaryAnn,
It looks what you are wanting to accomplish with the phone with voice
feedback isn't asking for too much and could probably be accomplished with
an off-the-shelf phone with limited speech. I think that something worth
trying is visiting your local AT&T store and let them know that you are
wanting a phone that has voice output and will voice the Call Log, Caller ID
and will allow for you to manage your contacts all with speech output.
