accessible phones and networks

I believe I was one of the first to do this late last year.  I got two 
phones from them with code factory products for $89.00 each plus the cost of 
the phones.

I am glad they did not charge you for the installation but they told me they
would charge for that installation.  I am happy to hear they changed their
