Well, I am absolutely astounded at the rampant incompetence displayed by
some of the disability center folks fro AT&T as well as other carriers.
It would seem to me that if AT&T invested the time and money to strike an
arrangement with Code Factory and other providers the very *least* that
corporatecould do is insure that the correct information did trickle down to
the trenches. (LOL)
Now, where is that lovely person who was from AT&T not all that long ago on
a talk type show? Perhaps she could shed some light on this lack of
corporate training?
