Jim and all,

You can buy the phone in a store and install msp or mss on i depending on 
the phone in trial mode and Call or write the disability center and get the 
trial set up or buy it outright and get the lisence.  You will have to 
provide some information to them about the phone but if it is one that is on 
their approved list, you should not have to buy the phone and have msp or 
mss installed.  Even though I had them install it, I was never informed that 
there would be an installation charge and it was not listed on the invoice.

Dave, you beat me to the question, but I just posted to the fact that this
is also the first I've heard that A T and T is evidently charging for
installing Mobile Speak on phones one can buy through the disability center.
Hmmm.
