Yes, I have the number for the center for people with disabilities. I don't
remember the name of the last rep with whom I spoke but he said that by
shipping them the phone, that $89 would be all that would be needed to cover
the screen reading software. He did not say there would be an additional
charge for them to install it, and no one else with whom I have previously
talked to about the program has said that there was an extra charge for
installation. The more people one talks with, the more muddy the water
becomes. One Verizon rep told me that their hundred-dollar plan includes
mobile web, and another said it only covered unlimited talk. I was also told
that the Verizon unlimited plan would be available for a limited time. I
have not heard anything like that concerning similar plans from the other
carriers.
