talks is relatively inexpensive you could by a unlocked and unbranded phone 
and use atnt and or t mobile just to name two companies alsoe t-mobile 
offers mobile speaks for 89.00 if you sign up for 2 years in my opinion 
talks is the better screen reader it is more stable in my opinion
