Marcy,

The difference is the operating system they run on.  Mobile Speak Smart
Phone runs on phones using the Windows Mobile SmartPhone edition, also
called Windows Mobile Standard.  Mobile Speak Pocket runs on PDA Phones
using Windows Mobile Pocket Pc also called Windows Mobile Professional.
