James when you post a question; You should also post when and or if you have found the answer on 
your own. That away people will not respond to something that you have already worked out. This is 
really true if you post the same question to many different mailing list and you only post you have 
found the answer to just one of them.

The above is true for anyone posting to more then one list at a time and expect a answer.
