Hi all,

Has anyone ever had to send their Nokia phone in for repair?  My N73 seems to be dropping calls a lot and fading in and out as I talk.  Both the person I am talking to and myself seemd to cut in and out.  Nokia believes it is a network issue but I purchased a new SIM card and that did not fix any of the problems.  I also put in my wife's SIM card and still had the same issue.

Nokia claims it is a network issue and told me that I had to have dropped my phone for anything to be wrong with it.  I did not drop my phone and they claim nothing goes wrong with their phones unless you drop it.  they said I could send it in and if a technician deems there is physical damage to the phone my warranty will not cover any of the repairs.  

Just looking for some tips and tricks to get Nokia to repair my phone with out charging me.
