Yes you can simply install Talks over the top without stopping Talks.
I have not updated Eloquence on Third Edition before, so just to be
safe, I switched to Nokia speech while doing that although I don't know
if that is strictyly necessary.

The new update seems to be a must have for those of us ho are owning
third generation symbian phones.
Can i just install the new talks version over the existing one whitout
stopping talks first?
